We live in a time of heightened awareness regarding the impact travel has on our climate and I would hope that we can all agree that climate change exists, is a problem, and urgently needs to be addressed. To be honest, saying that it doesn’t exist is just bollocks and ignoring it doesn’t bear thinking about; not that we would have long to mull it over as current estimates by the United Nations state that by 2030 the damage to our climate will be irreversible.
